Counseling and Consulting Changing Lives From the Inside Out

Linda Sainz has been an educator for over 30 years. She taught pre-school through high school in regular and special education. She served as a high school counselor and Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco Education Coordinator. She was the Director of Pupil Personnel Services and Special Education for the El Monte Union High School District in Los Angeles County. She has a wealth of experience working with students, parents, staff, and administrators.

Linda moved to the central coast to become the Program Coordinator for a charter school and a vendor for Cuesta College to provide Life Coaching services to youth ages 16-21.  She recently retired to pursue her own consulting business called PaxAmour, ink. Her Life Lessons Program will be further shared as opportunities and need is realized!

Her life experience as a single, foster parent to a 13-year-old boy, Darryl, gave her added insight into how early trauma affects children in school, at home and in relationships.  The difficulties she faced as a single parent, even as an educator who knew the system, led her to the development of Life Lessons.  This transformational program has helped thousands of youth use their past as a platform to stand on, rather than a hole to crawl out of.  She continues to change lives from the inside out.
